Ford Reportedly Planning $25,000 Entry-Level SUV for 2029, Inspired by Original Escape
Ford executives reportedly showed dealers early design mockups of a new sub-$30,000 SUV at a private meeting in Las Vegas, aiming for a roughly $25,000 starting price by 2029. The boxy, wide crossover draws inspiration from the original first-generation Escape and would become Ford's cheapest model in North America, built alongside the Bronco Sport and Maverick in Mexico.
