Toyota Recalls Over 500,000 Camry Sedans Over Blank Digital Gauge Cluster Fault

Toyota is recalling 508,354 Camry sedans in the US, and roughly 655,000 globally, after finding that the 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster on 2025-2026 models can go completely blank at startup, disabling the speedometer, turn signals, hazard lights and key safety warning chimes. A free dealer software update fixes the fault, with owner notifications starting September 21, 2026.
